Is there an api method can be used to retrieve the user who started the workflow?

Is there an api method can be used to retrieve the user who started the workflow? I know there is automated acticity VgnGetUser which can  be used to get the user who started the workflow but it will require us to change our input for our method which we don't want to do.

you can use something along the following lines -

  WfOps wfOps = ConfigUtil.getWfOps();
  WfProcess wf = null;

    continue;

   System.out.println(ids[i]
     + ": "
