Custom instantiation screen Remove Pagination

Hi All,
I am using T.S.6.7.1 SP1 work flow modeler 1.0.0.1
I have my custom instantiation screen in which there are around 15 fields.
Now by default TS splits this into two pages. Which i don't want. I want all the fields in one page itself, i am ok with scroll bar...Or is it possible to manipulate the number of fields on one page...because i want all required fields to be in one page...

Try putting all of the fields within a top-level container element.

I had put all the elements in top container and now it is showing all the elements on one page...

I found one more thing..U can control the number of elements by putting things into container which you want on first page..and others outside it...If you want pagination...
