WorkFlow Instantion screen error

Hi All,
I am using TS6.7.1sp1 workflow modeler 1.0.0.1.

My instantiation screen is giving me this error...(attach pic)..
I know this error comes when there is some problem in dct.
But thing is i don't know what happened and suddenly my instantiation screen started giving this error.
I tried deleting custom_instantiation.cfg...(so now it has only default_config.xml)..than too it gives me same error..
I republished my workflow than too it gave me same error..(and also tried recreating custom cfg)
I deleted the whole workflow i.e. its ipm and .xml (from staging too)..removed its entry from cfg file...
I also also tried saving work flow with different name than too its giving me same error...
Note: my work flow is valid i.e. work flow modeler is not giving any error.

has any one face this issue...and if any one can help me out with this..

Did you submit the deletion of custom _instantiation.cfg into Staging? If not, do so and try again.

If the above does not help, attach your ipm and default_config.xml to the post
