Selecting and returning a Workspace

I'm a bit unexperienced in using the WorkSite SDK and have a question that hopefully will have a straight forward answer. We have a client who generates a lot of letters automatically and we'd like to be able to save them into FileSite. In order to do that I need to have a user select a target Workspace for documents to go into. I have code that will return a target Workspace, if I have the WorkspaceID, how would I go about locating a Document Folder by name within that Workspace, and then save a document into that folder?
