Roles menu disappeared

Hi,

We have re-deployed the vgn-contentsvcs.ear file and there after we could not see Roles menu under werkbench tab. so please suggest us to resolve this.

We didn't find any ERROR in logs. We have gone through the vgnvcm-runtime.log and VgnVcmServer.log. Thanks.

Please check if the license has expired. I have seen roles menu disappear when the license has expired. However, in that case the full role based menu disappears.

If there is only roles menu item missing under workbench, then you might have a security setup issue. Have you tried to login as administrator and see if it appears?
