Problems with Inline Link Upgrade to 7.6

We upgraded from VCM 7.5 to 7.6 and then updated Ephox EditLive to 6.7, installed the newer version of Inline Links from here: http://success.vignette.com/gm/folder-1.11.105638 However, now when editing content if you click on any of the tabs at the top it doesn't do anything. Firefox just sits there and IE gives this error:

Additionally, when we created a new "OOTB" content type that did not include the Inline Links widget these errors do not appear.

I managed to get the xml from the config console and post it across multiple replies. So the xml from the config console needs to be added to someplace else?

The problem is that after upgrading to 7.6 we get this error on the content entry form when we try to click on any of the tabs:

Message: '_appletArray.1[...]' is null or not an object

This is only true of content types that use the inline links widget.

Mario provided the following replacement XML to correct the problem. While it corrected the error with the Tabs in the Content Entry Form, two more problems have cropped up. Any new inline links that are created are garbled, and if the apply button is used the content in the EditLive field disappears.
