Migrating Content Type Definition (CTD) changes form CMS dev to other environments

Hi Guyz,

I have made changes to an existing CTD type on the Development CMS environment and would like to know what is the procedure for getting these changes onto the QA CMS environment.

I assume that - i don't have to re-do the steps on the QA CMS environment, is there some scripts that i

need to run to synchronize the updated CTD on QA?

Is there some guide i can use to accomplish this?

Please advice, your help appreciated.
