Process Definition - Set Target Instance Attribute

When setting the Target Instance Attribute through a process, you set the attribute name and value. Is there a way to toggle if it is "Hidden" or not? As of now, it displays the attribute on the coverpage and I need it hidden with manually going in and setting each one.

Attribute Name:	"format"
Attribute Value:	"CPD_Coverpage.shtml"

You can do this by creating a new Process Application. ?Give it a Name (e.g., "Hide Attribute"), set the Type to "Jython script", give it an Executable Name (e.g., "hideAttribute.py"), and add one Parameter (e.g., "attrName").

Your executable file must be placed in the "pscripts" directory of your Collaboration installation. ?Once you have created the Process Application, it will be available for you to select in a Trigger in your Process Definition. ?To hide the "format" attribute, use "format" (including the quotes) for your attrName parameter value in the Trigger.

Your script should look like this:

# Begin Script

from java.lang import System

from com.intraspect.kmapi import KMAPIConstants

target = env.getTarget()

attrName = env.arguments().get(0)

fmt = target.getCustomAttribute(attrName)

if(fmt):

?? ?attrValue = fmt.getValue();

?? ?attrType = fmt.getType();

?? ?target.removeCustomAttribute(attrName)

?? ?target.addCustomAttribute(attrName,attrType,attrValue,KMAPIConstants.ATTR_HIDDEN)

?? ?target.commit()

# End Script
