Configuring IIS with Collaboration

We are attempting to use IIS as an external web server for our collab environment.  We followed all the documentation to get it setup and we are having the following issues:

1)  When we click 'Login', a dialog box comes up asking us if we want to open 'MyPage'  as a file:

We do have log entries in the isapi_redirect.log, so I think IIS and Collab are talking to each other, just can't figure out the probelm above.

Does the virtual directory created in IIS have executepermissions set to “Script and Executables”?
