Post login Error

I am on TS6.5 sp2 with OD 6.0.2 on Windows. Quite frequently we run into this error as when user logs in to OD UI, he/she gets this error on the screen.
But when you start stop services everything is fine. IS there a permanent fix for this?

Can you try the below solution. It may fix the problem.
Stop Admin Server,
move _odadmin_servletd.log and other log files
Start Admin Server.

Let me know if it is fixed or not.
