How can I access content instance information in V8 properties panel

How can I access content instance information in V8 properties panel ?

My guess is I can get information from function(properties, panel) when setPanel or loadHandler. How ever, I don't know where I can find properties and panel javascript class.

Anyone has an idea how do we implement property sheet in V8?
