problem with inline tag translation on delivery stage

on the mgmt stage we have URL path prefix - http://cont91. on the delivery stage the URL path prefix resource for the live site delivery stage is - http://www.qad.com/ . this was working for some time but we recently found out its no longer doing the parse/replace to the correct value during publishing. the debug logs show all the expected events are firing ... the URL path prefix resource is found, etc ..

any ideas about what else we can check .. would be greatly appreciated.

 please disregard the plea for help .. we discovered the issue and corrected it. we had slightly different version of inlinetag.properties file on the mgmt stage as compared to the delivery stage(s). the culprit was the param below .. set to 'InlineLink' on the mgmt stage. it was difficult to debug as nothing looked incorrect with the logs, etc ..
