Inline link 7.6 javascript error

We recently migrate from vcm 7.4 to 7.6 sp2.

When trying to insert inline link or inline image, we get following javacript error when clicking on "Paste Link" on New Statndard Link Definition Data window, I got another popup window and stuck there with a javascript error.

The window showed "Updating main form from linkWrite.jsp" and the javascript error is

grandfather.linkSubmitCMD is not a function

grandfather.linkSubmitCMD(editorName, document.forms[0].LINK.value);

 

I assume the grandfather window is the COE window, right? I don't see there are such function in there.

 

However, if I tried with associate link sample CTD, it works fine. I also check the xsl, it seems only assoclink-ldd.xsl has reference to that function.

 

Is that somewhere I didn't load xsl properly?
