Hi,

We are using TeamSite6.1 on Solaris 8 platform.

IWEventRegistry.addItemHandler("/Root/Links/Country", "onItemChange", validateCountry);

I am trying to call "onItemChange" event handler for "Country" item.
but it is not working for all the replicants "Country" item.

Please let me know is there any way to call "onItemChange" handler for all the replicants Country item.

"onItemChange" Event gets fired when you modify Item's value and change Focus. It does not fire when you add, remove or
shuffle replicants. Note that replicant-related API has been introduced to FormAPI in TS 6.5. The best you can do in 6.1
is to use undocumented IWDCEventRegistry Class, see some discussion [thread=20870]here[/thread]

Item.getName() should give you the XPath. You can check formapi documentation for more details....

Try item.name Attribute. That won't give you an XPath ( as far as I recall, something like "myCollection" instead of "/myCollection[3]" )
but it's a start. Note that JS is case-sensitive, item and Item are two different things.

Try the getChildren method, and it should return an array. Keep going until you get a null, then you know that you've reached the end. Then you can work your way back up to get all the xpath.

FormAPI capabilities are limited in TS 6.1. Some information can be found here: TS FormAPI 1.0

Try to use IWItem.getChildren Method. If that does not work your only option *seems* to be IWDatacapture.getItem(XPath) Method where you
*build and try* XPath yourself (in a loop) as a string like "/parent_node_address/child_node_name[" + position +"]", try to obtain an item
and break if the return is null, etc. I do not have 6.1 Instance to see what works and what does not, perhaps somebody who does may be
of better help

Have you tried using item.getXPath() (returns the xpath of the item)
try the following code we used in 6.7.1 it worked fine i dont know whether it works in 6.1
repAdded = IWDatacapture.getItem(item.getXPath()+"/..");
//(to go one level above)
var repArray= new Array();
repArray = repAdded.getChildren();

It doesn't. IWItem.getXPath() Method has been introduced in 6.7 ( standalone getXPath(IWItem) function in 6.5 )
