Hi,
After upgrade to DPM V8, we notice that the in-context menus of new DPM / DSM introduce significant changes to the HTML structure. For us, this resulted in most of the page display skewed because CSS is written based on HTML tags (div Ids or class names or div structure).
Is there a guide which documents all the HTML injected by new DPM/DSM framework? So far, we have noticed:
a. Every Page component is wrapped with a new div tag automatically generated by DPM.
b. Body Id has changed and body class has also changed.
c. Every region is also wrapped in its own div tag.
d. Turn Editing off is replaced by Hide outlines.
The changes introduced to HTML have made significant impact on our page views. Our designers would like to have a document which outlines what "not to" use in their CSS design so that it works with or without DPM injected HTMLs.
Regards,
Sohail Aboobaker.
