OD Admin UI - HTTP Status 404

Windows 2003

Hi,

We made an image of our server after we installed and tested all the software when it was first stood up.

We reverted back to that image on the same server and are getting 404 errors for the OpenDeploy login page:

http://localhost:8081/iw/opendeploy/login

We see:

HTTP Status 404 - /iw/opendeploy/login

description: the requested resource (/iw/opendeploy/login) is not available

Apache Tomcat/5.0.27

Is it running ? Anything in the logs ? Does localhost resolve correctly ?

Yes it is running, I've Deployed content to and from the server.

Nothing in the log files relating to the 404 error or the admin console

Yes localhost resolves (TeamSite GUI comes up)

Check to see if the OpenDeploy Admin Server process is running - if you're on Unix there should be an S* file for it somewhere under /etc/rc*.d/ I believe

He is on DOS. I did ask that before and he said it was running. That does bring up a good point that OD itself and the OS admin should be running.

The admin service (Interwoven OpenDeploy UI Admin) is started on our Windows 2003 server.

By the lack of activity on this thread I expect you will need to reinstall the OD Admin (or OD completely).

You can try support, but I suspect they may say the same thing.
