We have customized folder via CTD to create a workflow form. These workflow forms (customized folder) have some specific attribute that are added at the time of creation. Along with adding attributes, a process is also applied over the parent folder which triggers when a new workflow is added.
Now this process which triggers on workflows automatically gets terminated sometimes. And after we manually start the process it runs fine. This behavior is not consistent. Many times process runs fine on newly created workflows
