runtime error

teamsite 6.7.1 is giving this error: "A runtime error has occured. Do you wish to Debug? " when the TS is loading. And when try to access Administration tab's like "host permission" and all, I get: A runtime error has occured. Do you wish to Debug? Error: document.getelementByID(..) cintentWindow.frames is not an object "

When i try to create a new workarea, I get: Do you wish to Debug? Error: Object doesn't support thie property or method

i looked for java at iw-home\tools\java\bin and java -version is being recognized and is giving me 1.5 version..... A runtime error has occured.

IS this is new installation? What OS are you on? IS this problem only with you or with any other user? did you try logging in a Administrator? If the issue persists. I suggest to Open a case, because there might be lot of issues here.

By the way what does your logfiles say? are all the services up and runing?

ya this is a new ts installation. and w2k is the server.........there are no users rite now coz' i'm in the installation process.....tx......i'm gona take a look at the log files and all the services are are up and runnin!

what does your iwtrace.log say? Your Y drive is up right?

yup Y drive is up........the trace log says: TS I18N initialzation is successfool.....

i had rondom problems running TS 6.7.1 on w2k, but all of them were gone once i upgraded to w2k3. so you might want to consider upgrading the system to w2k3. also check the configurations of your browser, it might solve the run time problem you have now.
