How to implement auto depolyment of Tomcat in TeamSite 6.7.1

Our team is facing an issue related to deployment of jars in the Teamsite server.
if we put new jars in the server we need to restart the server again in order to reflect the changes.This issue consuming lot of time.Is there any solution for automatically deploy the new jars without restarting the server.
Can anyone give some input regarding this issue?
We are using TeamSite 6.7.1 Service Pack 1 .

As per my understanding you have to restart the server for reflection of jar file. Because TS based on Tomcat Server and jars will be reflect only when restart the server.

if you're not afraid of changing your Tomcat configuration, have a look at this documentation http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-5.5-doc/config/context.html especially the "reloadable" attribute of "Context".

I haven't tried this myself, but from the description, it should do what you want.

Did you modify server.xml or server.xml.template? I believe you should modify server.xml.template, please correct me if I am wrong.

and about the reloadable option, after changes in server.xml.template just build your GUI wit option `-nojsp_compile` and you have dev. environment Smiley Happy
