Sample Web Service Program Task

Hi All,

We are running on VCM 7.6, Is there any sample Web Service Program Task Definition available which can be tested in this environment. Any help would be helpful...

Please check the extension library in knowledge base. There are many program tasks in workflow extensions package available for download.

Thanks for your reply, I could see wf_ext for 7.3.1, but nothing specific for 7.6. Also I just need a small sample one, so that I can build my own using that as a guide. Do you have any simple PTD(erb service one)?

I remember there was a document written and posted on knowledge base which had step by step process of creating a web services task and it might actually have a very simple task defined in it. If you download the package (wfext), it has some tasks which are very basic (string concat and similar tasks). These tasks are version agnostic. You can take one of these classes and define it as a webservice (using axis or weblogic web service). Then you can use wf definition generation tool to generate the xml and define the program task.

Sorry, I do not have a sample package at this point with me.
