File OR Directory Not Found Error for aspx pages

Hi,

Suddenly my application stopped working to preview the aspx pages. It is giving me error saying File or Directory Not Found.

And a small information is somebody has chnaged system administrator username. Will this effect any of our Interwoven services?

Not bale to find the problem .Please suggest.

Have they also changed the password for the account used for anonymous access on the (presumably) IIS server you're using for previewing content?

we were using ananymous access username as administrator. They have changed to hydhtc74353adm. they did not change password.
