I am trying to create a new dcr but my form is not getting displayed.Its saying there is a problem trying to read datacapture.cfg file .I am attching the error ,can someone help

Chances are, you have naked ampersand sign somewhere in your DCT, in Labels, drop-downs, etc...
That makes your XML malformed. Change it for the named entity, eg change & to &

You'd have to attach your DCT as well (not only Parser Error) to get better help

I could not find any '&' in the .cfg files or labels .Apart from drop downs what else can i check.Here is my datacapture.cfg

Open a shell and run each from the command. If the issue is not obvious post the results.
