Data Deploy Server not responding

Hi,

Recently we are facing a issue with Datadeploy, It is responding in different ways.
sometimes it completes the deployment in couple of seconds and sometimes it takes more than 8 mins.
the Micro log when it took more than 8 mins Pl. refer attachment src.Quiz.log.8mins.

While executing the same deployment a null pointer exception has occured from that time it is strucked.
the micro log of the deployment is src.Quiz.log

from 4 days it is in pending state. Logs are also not updated.

executed the following command
/apps/iw-home/OpenDeployNG/bin$ iwodserverstatus

output was:

OpenDeploy server host: localhost, RMI registry port: 9173
OpenDeploy server is alive.
2 deployments are currently active.
BG_Global/Banners m1793 SENDING
BG_Global/Quiz m1792 SENDING

tried this command to cancel the deployment
apps/iw-home/OpenDeployNG/bin$ iwoddeploycancel BG_Global/Quiz

output was:
-----------------------------------
OpenDeploy server host: localhost, RMI registry port: 9173
Cancel request accepted. Deployment BG_Global/Quiz is pending cancel.
-----------------------------------
but again tried with "iwodserverstatus" still the status is same.

in config file under database tag tried with
'cache-db-connection = "no" '
but no use.

Can anyone help me in resloving this issue..

When this happens for OD (and I assume for DD as well) you need to cycle the OD base server (normally the OD receiver as well, but DD does not have one).
