After the objects were removed from Recycle Bin, they still appear in our Community Finder, which is cusomized by us to find the current communities indexed by Autonomy servers. Based on our observations and the timing of the first incidence of this problem, it appears to be caused by the clustering of Autonomy server. We used to have only one node and we didn't have this problem. After we added a secondary node it seems that this problem started to happen. We didn't see any error in our Autonomy configuration, everything else works fine except this part.
In order to resolve this problem, we execute a script manually to delete the object from Autonomy by the object OID, after that, this object is completely gone from the community finder.
Does anybody have similar issues in your environment?
