Modified Date is not updated in teamsite workarea

Hi,

Once the “Save and close” button is been clicked after associating the Metadata information to particular file,the resultant page is showing blank page. I need to manually click on the folder name to view its contents.

and If I select the particular folder manually also, I could not see the date and time is been updated to the particular File.

Any clue for File modification date is not displaying

You don't mention your version of TS or your OS, but this is from the admin guide for 6.5 Solaris:

[PHP]Modifying Extended Attributes
Normally when extended attributes (EAs) are modified, the content modification
timestamp of the file is not updated (although there is an attribute modification timestamp
that is updated). This is the default and is equivalent to setting false for this option.
You can set up TeamSite so that the content modification timestamp is updated whenever
the EAs are modified using the force_EA_mod_times option in the iw.cfg file.
