Configure CCStd View File Properties to include Locked?

In ContentCenter Professional when a file is locked the properties include a "Locked" attribute that shows who has the file locked,i.e.
TestBr:John Smith, John J. 7/14/08 5:24:32 PM

In ContentCenter Standard when a file is locked the properties do not show this attribute. Is there a way to configure CCStd to include this attribute?
