Today, I installed Vignette Community Applications 8.0.1 on Open Text Portal
8.1.1. The installation procces succeded until last step of editing web.xml.
Then, portal failed to start with FileNotFound exception. The file that not
found is 'filecache.properties' and it is not found, although it is exists in
file system, since I set it in vcaFileCache.xml by opening the folder and
copying the path. I use Apache Tomcat 7.0 on Windows Server 2008 R1 SP1. What
can be the reason of the issue?
