Standalone API jar files?

Hello,

I am preparing for an eventual Vignette Upgrade.  This will require some API changes.  In anticipation of the upgrade, I am looking over our custom code to determine what needs to be updated.  Can I get the standalone jar files (v7.6) such as vgn-appsvcs-cda.jar, weblogic.jar, thirdparty-combined.jar to include with my eclipse IDE so I can build with the new APIs?  I think we used to be able to get these, but I can't find any anywhere.
