When I add new portlet to page, I don't see it in "End-User View". Only after Iperform "Open Template" action from floating menu and then click "Edit" in portlet edit menu, the portlet becomes visible. For example, we have a client with dozens of sites and it wants to add portlet to 'Search Results' page. Since such page exsits in every site, I want to write an JSP that causes all portlets in some page to become visible. I need to know, why new portlet is invisible, until I open its edit menu first time, and why it becomes visible after that.
