I am unable to install the Workflow Modeler client on my desktop. When I try to run the installation I see the error message as shown in the attachment error1.JPG (sorry, I couldn't figure out how to embed this inline), the details for which are as follows:

I have successfully installed the client on another PC, so I suspect it is something to do with my environment.
Things I have already tried:
1. Installing the latest version of java and setting JAVA_HOME accordingly
2. Changing the path variable so that the path to the default JAVA installation appears before the JRE folder for the Oracle client that is also installed
3. Running the installation from Windows
4. Running the installation for a command line
5. Changing language settings (it installed OK in the UK but is not installing in Switzerland office)
I have admin rights to the PC I am installing on but there is clearly some other problem that is occurring.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.
