Deployment goes in a wait state

Hi,
I m done a fresh installation on an OD reveiver version 6.0.0.0 and i had a base server with OD version 6.0.2.0. I am trying to deploy a file but it's not able to complete the entire deployment process. In the logs the only msg i get is:

None of the logs posted shed any light on the issue.
The one thing that I can think of that sometimes leads to a hung deployment with (unfortunately) no diagnostics is if the target area on the receiving side is full and won't allow any more data to be written to it.

See if you can check the disk space on your receivers - specifically with regard to the partitions to which you are deploying and "temp" space.
