Is there any CDA javadoc?

I can find vgnjavadoc for vcm 7.6, but a lot of method is not on the javadoc.

Example:

for class com.vignette.as.config.ConfigUtil

There are a bunch of method like  ConfigUtil.isMgmtStage(), ConfigUtils.isDA(), ConfigUtils.isMgmtDA() etc wyhich I can not find.

 

These are unpublished API?
