Multiple Data select CCE Widget Render Error

In the override custom input form, when i try to render multiple data select cce widget using renderwiget.jsp, the firt data select cce widget has been generated.

The rest of the widgets have not been generated and throws the exception on the page load as

Exception while loading the plugin class

com.vignette.wcm.widgets.base.referencedata.SQLReferenceDataImpl

The VCM Version being used is Version 7.6

How to resolve?
