OD - DBConfig file does not delete rec from DB

I have a DCT - GlobalProperties which has 3 fields.
DB Config - GlobalProperties.xml
Database - database.xml
I have a Custom table defined to store the DCR Values.

When I add a DCR or update a DCR
And run "iwodcmd start BG_Global/GlobalProperties -k iwdd=deployment1"
manually (as I am still developing).

Record is inserted or updated in the table correctly.
But when I delete the DCR the record does not get deleted from the table.

In the log
DBD: DELETE FROM IWDELTRACKER WHERE PATH = ? AND AREA = ?
DBD: 1 rows inserted into iwdeltracker for ./Pomosegmentfr_FR, /default/main/Beinggirl/fr_FR/WORKAREA/dev1/templatedata/BG_FR/GlobalProperties/data
DBD: -- Updated

It seems record does not get deleted from iwdeltracker even though there are appropriate records in it.

Can someone help me to resolve this ?
I am attaching 3 log files
src.GlobalProperties.deployment1.pg-prodts-01.to.database_Insert.log
src.GlobalProperties.deployment1.pg-prodts-01.to.database_Update.log
src.GlobalProperties.deployment1.pg-prodts-01.to.database_Delete.log
Which are for Insert/Update/Delete of DCR.

I have tried setting "real-update" and "delete-tracker" to "yes" and "no".

I am also attaching the GlobalProperties.xml , database.xml

Any help to resolve this would be great... thanks in advance even to go thru all this data.

I have deleted all the DCR and attribute real-update = 'no'.
I get the message
DBD: area=/default/main/Beinggirl/fr_FR/WORKAREA/dev1/templatedata/BG_FR/GlobalProperties/data
DBD: No files/directories in [/default/main/Beinggirl/fr_FR/WORKAREA/dev1/templatedata/BG_FR/GlobalProperties/data].
DBD: No DCR's found in directory path or visit-directory mode should be modified [/default/main/Beinggirl/fr_FR/WORKAREA/dev1/templatedata/BG_FR/GlobalProperties/data/.]

but IWDELTRACKER is not queried.
Can some one give me a clue please.

Is there any customization required for Delete of records from DB?
Does Deletion of records happen Only if 'real-update' is set to 'no' and some other property setting combination ?
