How to achieve "Integrated CheckOut" functionality using COM?

Hi,

I am creating windows application, in which i am implementing all Interwoven functionalities.

I need to implement the "Integrated CheckOut" functionality in the application.
i.e when user select the document and clicks 'Integrated CheckOut'. document must open from interwoven and he can edit document.When he close the document, it must be updated in the Interwoven.

can any one help me to achieve this functionality.
