a)through what version of teamsite what admin introduced? is it 6.7.0?
b)Where do you program the callout function for an external task in a workflow?

a)through what version of teamsite what admin introduced? is it 6.7.0?

Admin functionality is availabe as a tab in TeamSite 6.5 and there is a seperate URL using which you can access the Admin console on the previous versions.

b)Where do you program the callout function for an external task in a workflow?

It depends on what are you using to program your callout function. if you are using a CGI then it can be in {iw-home}/http/iw-bin.
