Deferencing not working

I am trying to sort a replicant container on the basis of date field. I am getting issues with the array deferencing. Attached is the code for your reference. Any feedback is highly appreciated

you should understand that GearUp finished yesterday and many people are traveling or not into debug mode yet.

I took a quick look at your code and am not really certain what you are trying to accomplish. If you want help before Monday, you may want to trim your code down to only required code to show your issue and what you hope to have when it is done.
