1.how to delete a dcr from workarea and staging?

2.If that dcr is deployed to a database table b4 deleting,does the deletion affect the database too or not?Please explain.

1. select the file and use file -> delete. That will remove the DCR from the workarea.

2. Submit the delete to workflow and and the DCR will be removed from the staging area.

If you workflow was done properly (and there are no constraints preventing) the record corresponding to the DCR will be removed by the workflow (and datadeploy).

if the workflow was written to handle datadeploy deletes, then yes datadeploy will remove it from the database when you submit the "deleted dcr" through the workflow.

There are a lot of if's here, but yes, if the WF was written to deploy the DCR to the DB (it will typically remove the data as well if deleted) and if there are no constraints preventing the deletion of the data, it will be removed from the DB. Since we have no idea who set this up or what it is doing, this is about the best answer you are going to get. I suggest you try it and see.

you mean when you submit the deleted dcr to the workflow, the workflow template should have an option like "delete on development" which I can select and run the datadeploy and delete that from the db. Am i getting this right?

there are 100 different ways to do it. You may or may not have a choice in the matter (typically no). unless you dig through the workflow or just try it yourself, all you can do is speculate.
