setting a marker in DCR(XML file)

Hi everyone, I am having problem setting a marker in DCR. I was thinking of customizing DTD. But it didn't help me much. I was wondering if anyone has been resolved such an issue, please advice me, any help would be great appreciable. I am working in TS 6.5 on Windows platform.

Can you provide a more detailed description of what exactly you are trying to do?
Maybe it's just me - but I don't know what a "marker" is in this context.
