Preview Error with VFE

When I insert a horizontal line of any color in the VFE, on preview it always shows me a greyed horizontal line. The color in the VFE is control by the customised .css file.
Please let me know if this is documented anywhere or is it a known issue?

That's typical CSS discrepancy manifestation.

Grey horizontal is a default. On preview your CSS hr Selector/Class is either not found or differs from the one in VFE.
Double check that customised css Files you use in VFE (or at least relevant components) are correctly applied in your
Virtualization (preview) Environment as well.
