i mean to say which method of CSDK would help in doing so.
i had a look at almost all the methods of ContentServices SDK Release 3.1.0 but didn't come across any such functionality.

To be more precise i want to browse any file in TS from a web page.

You may need to explain what you mean by 'browse any file' a bit better.

You may want to take a look at IWOV TeamPortal Product. Note that it's implemented for various application Servers, you'd have to pick yours.
