Multiple DCTs and DCRs in one

If we have 3 WAs in ts, and 3 developers working separately in diff WA. They have separate DCT and TPL. They submit their work to staging area. In the staging these DCTs are merged and edition is created as a readonly snapshot of website. How can we view all the DCTs together ? We have to create a master DCT which includes all 3 DCTs and we need a master TPL also, so we have to create a master TPL which includes all 3 TPLs from WAs. Where do we create this master DCT and TPL ? In staging area, thats logical because combining of all the DCTs is done in staging area. But I have never created anything in staging, so how to do that in staging ? Can we submit TPL to staging ? If not, how to combine it ? How to combine work in staging ? We combine iw_include right ? The work in different WAs is merged in staging , right ? But how ?

DCRs are in iwov format. They can be viewed with TPLs in WA. How to see them once they are in production server ? Because there they are again in iwov format.

IMHO, you have bigger problems here. You need some hand holding by an experienced consultant/architect to make you understand the concepts. Your architecture and reasoning of having different DCTs/TPLs and needing to combine them needs to be reviewed.

I guess I got an idea for content merging. Once contents from different areas is submitted in staging area, person responsible for merging will take the content in his working area and do merging in his work area and upload the entire single DCR created out of merging of 3 DCRs in the staging area, is that right ? To view this DCR , we need each TPL created for each DCR.
We need to merge these TPLs into one TPL

We dont upload TPL to the staging, so how to merge different TPLs into one single TPL ? Can the the developers deploy TPL from their work area to the work area of person who is responsible for merging content without submitting to staging area ?

As Srinivas already pointed out - you're basically trying to take a system designed to be used in one manner and using it in a completely different and frankly, unsupported, manner - and expecting it to "just work" - you need to either completely re-think your overall design approach to using TeamSite, invest a lot of time and effort to designing customizations that will sit on top of TeamSite to make it bend backwards to do what you want - or find a different product to use with the understanding that it was your lack of understanding that wasted all the money spent on TeamSite.

If you want to try to fix your overall process - hire someone who knows what they're doing to come in - do some analysis - and provide you with a detailed document explaining the problems and proposed solutions. This would probably take somewhere between 1 to 4 weeks worth of time.
