Error on conversion of EPS to PDF on download

Just upgraded MediaBin to 4.6 and the functionality that previously worked to convert an EPS file to PDF no longer does work.

We used to be able select an assest and choose Download as the action; on the download we ask to convert from EPS to PDF and it worked fine. It is not working after the upgrade. What can be the problem (see error message below)?

The mechanism for PDF conversions has changed for 4.6. Please contact support to figure out what went wrong with your upgrade.
