UI toolkit rebuild issue | Post SP1 installation

Hi,
We were trying to rebuild our UI code set using make_toolkit.ipl utility. This was working fine before SP1 installation.
Post SP1, on rebuilding UI, we get the error message when we try to open the DCR. Attached is the screenshot of the same.

Workaround:
The workaround what I opted is to remove all the customized JSPs as well as class files from customer_src folder and rebuilt UI. Still I am facing the same issue ie., on openeing the DCR, I get the error message. To add on all my custmoization code works as expected.

If I try to reintialize UI toolkit with install_webapps.ipl, I never face DCR error message.

Please find the error screenshot and the process I followed to rebuilt UI toolkit.

Error in the DCR: I am unable to get save, save as, preview, gnerate button in the DCT form. This happens for all the templates.

Env details: TS 6.7.1 with SP1 on Solaris 10
