system path with query component....

Hi,

I made a query as below:-

select content of type CTD_A where system path equals \Content\projectA sory by title descending

I have two doubts on this:-

Above is not returning any result in PREVIEW stage itself?
Any idea as what should be the project path? Does it start from \Content\....?
Will this query work on live stage as well after publishing?

Any inputs will be helpful....

Be aware that this query component will break in delivery stage, since there is no notion of projects in delivery.

In the mgmt stage the project path should not start with /Content, so just use /projectA

Hello Sanjeev,

Alternatively,if you are sure that you have to use a specific instance on any page you can use Content Select component.

It will give you the flexibility of choosing a specific CI & will work fine on Delivery stage as well.
