Is there impact if I reset the file iwprocessd.arena size to zero?
The file size is getting larger.
Please advise.

I would not do that while the server is running. From what I remember, that has something to do with spawning external tasks. In theory, you can stop the server [,backup] and delete the file, but chances are it will grow to the same size again.
