CBP doubt

Hi,

I'm building a process and I have the following questions:

(The purpose of this process is to have an acknowledgement of receipt by a group of users)

1. I need that Collab will generate an email to the creator with the acknowledgement of receipt by each user who accesses the document.

2 I need to know easily who, of all my readers has not accepted the document.

Paco,

Please note that the UI can be a little confusing and if you want to do anything other than basic, out of the box stuff (moving objects, changing policies, sending emails...that sort of thing) . Looking on what you're trying to accomplish would require a customization (custom scripting involved), typically handled by Global Services. Please let us know if you'd like to engage them to assist you?

By your comment, I understand that it is not a simple matter.

Unfortunately, this problem should fix it in a very simple way, that we can solve it ourselves, more specifically at no cost.
