Error while Installing Content setup on solaris machine

Hi,

 

We have set up a VM ware machine (VMware ESXi 4) and installed solaris 10 image of 64 bit architecture.

The only difference we see is Machine = sun4v and Machine = i86pc

 

We are getting an error while installing content 7.5 version and below mentioned is the error.

 

bash-3.00# ./setup_sol_cma_75.bin

bash: ./setup_sol_cma_75.bin: Invalid argument
