Restricting display of button in specific workareas

I added a button on CCPro using ui_custom.xml in UITK . I wish to restrict the button display to only specific workareas. Is this possible in TS6.5 SP2?

OR

Can i enable or disable button in certain workareas i.e, it will not be clickable.?
