Customization of new page screen in livesite

The first screen that appears when we create a new page in livesite has an option right at the bottom:

Requires Login: End users must log in to view this page.

We want to remove this option from the 'new page' screen whenever a new page is created.

Is it possible to do so in LIVESITE??
If so, we are waiting for a solution!!!

Sorry but the New Page dialog is not currently customizable. What is your use case? Would you want users to be unable to create private pages ? Or do you want all pages to be private by default ?

Are your users clicking the check box by mistake or they're unsure what it does ?

We are currently using liveSite2.0 and we dont want to give the users that option from which they can create private pages. Is this customization possible? Any pointers would be a great help.

the only way to this is to change the jsp for the create site form and possibly the edit site. you would need to change the field to be a hidden form field set to the value you want. As shanon mentions it's not designed to be customizable and if you upgrade you will need to recreate the change again. You will need to put the moded files in the customer toolkit to and rebuilding of toolkits will not overwrite your change. Teamsite and documentation on customer toolkit.
